About 2 years ago i was 94Kg + - for the past year i've been 88Kg + - and i do on occasion have a sugar free ice scream, and/or a sugar free biccy. Not easy to find
Work is for people that can't play golf.

I used to make sugar free ice cream for John occasionally. Only small amounts though. It was still full of fat. He liked strawberry best. Made with strawberries from the garden.

Can't believe the food industry. Zillions of diabetics AND people who don't want sugar for weight reasons have still not cottoned on there is a market out there. Strange.
A lot of supermarkets and stores don't stock anything sugar free, go figure.
