No probs mate..... just be careful to stay off the smaller lanes..... Most of those places I've mentioned are OK to get to however, Tarr Steps might be too tight for your MH.
Ok, I confess.......

Well, on that basis...... i'd probably try to find a site near Lynton/Lynmouth as it's Central to most of the lovely places mentioned. Oh and Lorna Doone country is nice, try a picnic at "Robbers Bridge" ...... we used to do that as kids.
Ok, I confess.......

Just thought of another place...... Bob....... it's on my list. Look up Lighthouse Keepers Cottage at Foreland Point....... I went there a few years back early one morning and there was a family having breakfast in the outside area overlooking the Bristol Channel........ You can rent the place apparently..... just dont try to take the MH there.
Ok, I confess.......

Morning Bob, i've been looking at Camp Sites..... At Dulverton which is very pretty, there is a site in the Village called Exmoor House Camping, Car hire is available. At Exford there are a couple of places including Westermill Farm, which I've stayed at a few times, Nice big open site but a bit remote so Walking would be all you could really do. Further into Exmoor , there is a place called Halse Farm near Winsford which is again very remote but set in a lovely setting not far from Tarr Stepps. At Exbridge which is not far from the main route into the SW, there Is Exbridge camping and Caravans. Further over and on the coast is Croyde which has 4 or 5 sites including RUDA...... It's good for the sea and all the shops, Pubs and Ice Creams........
Ok, I confess.......

Thanks Nev. We will select one over the next few days as we have confirmed shifting dentist and doc's appointments so we are free from 18th.
We are on Trawsdir Camp site Barmouth Bay at the mo. Lovely. It's a Premier Site and they gave us one of their brochures. There are 13 of their sites in Devon. Not looked proppa yet so between what you have mentioned, the brochure, and what little i have done on t'internet we should be rocking.

18th Sept we will be there.
