Hope you're recovering. I can't believe how tired I get and how hard it is to breathe when I want to move about.
I'm properly on the mend now, but I hope I never catch it again. The after effects feel very much like Flu, but of course I had a full set of lungs when I did catch flu, years ago. The tiredness seems just the same.
But despite all that I'm hoping to take the Street Triple out to a breakfast meet tomorrow and I might wear my new hat! It's raining at the moment and the bike is absolutely spotless but the minimum parking charge is £4 for two hours! I'm only a poor pensioner you know
Mondays weather looks good though. Perhaps I could pretend I got my days muddled and stay indoors :D

I seem to feel better then it all goes in another direction, luckily, the breathing is pretty normal but this morning I feel Sweaty, dizzy and rather achey ..... I was hoping to get out later, to the Coast, any Coast but not sure now..... This parking fee thing.... I can honestly say I can't actually remember ever paying to park my bike...... have you considered moving house ? :D
Ok, I confess.......

I quite like my very boring house. I am fairly confident that it won't leak, or fall over in stormy weather.
I really do miss my old garden, which doesn't even exist any more. It's now a builders yard with many vans and diggers and trailers parked all over it. All the fruit tress bulldozed flat and the lovely workshop and green house gone, too.
My ex-neighbours are appalled! I knew the buyers were lying about being keen gardeners but I had no idea how fast over 20 years of love could vanish from sight. I got their money though, which is what I wanted, but I have to say it still hurts a bit. I miss my 3 mile, completely level walking route as well. Worst of all is poor Mongo, who was never designed to be a town cat. He's O.K but lost his swagger and bounce and has turned into very demanding, badly behaved sort of cat. I feel very guilty for making him move here with me.
I like the beach though and I'm looking forward to swimming again, once things warm up a bit :)

How are you now, Nev?
I never did manage to escape on the bike. Instead I've had a big turn with the hypermobility stuff. The car broke down (can't complain. Only the second time in 16 years) and I got a bit chilled, waiting to be recovered, so now I'm moving like a Woodentop. Look it up if you're too young to remember them :D
It's pretty painful though. I've kept it under control for so long it's come as a bit of a surprise. Two stress fractures from shivering, but that's entirely normal so no change there.
I've stayed indoors all day, sulking, because that's how adult I feel today :)
I hope you're doing better!

Oh Bugger...... You seem to be having a real rough time.....I think it's one of those phases some of us seem to go through.... don't worry though, things will get better and Spring will be along soon. Covid has gone, I only have the cough and a strange feeling of weekness now.... been out on the Sur-Ron a few times for work and I'm off to North Devon next weekend with the Sur-Ron and Transit..... Up on Exmoor to ride about on the Hills and then down to Barnstaple to visit Family and the local Butcher for my Laver and Hogg's puddings......... Some twat nicked the Ford Badge off the Transit Grill so I swapped it for a Raptor Grille (Badass)....Might add a set of black Alloys too ! will I ever grow up.... :D
Ok, I confess.......

Ed has caught something, bit I'm hoping it is just flu. He's proper poorly.

His brother died very recently and we are waiting for the date for the funeral. The way he feels at the moment, he won't be there ☹️
If it ain't fun, don't do it
