Off to Glastonbury today

Post by Snev »

Got to deliver a Kitchen to a house at Glastonbury Tor..... it's right opposite the Chalice Well Spring which has a constant flow of water so I might just take a container..... I know that lots of people go there and only drink water from this spring, mind you, there are some proper strange folk there. :D
Ok, I confess.......

Tickets for next year are a bit steep - £390 for the weekend .

I enjoy a bit of music but far too many people there for my liking .
It wasn't my fault , I was left unsupervised !

This Home was an open Plan Lodge built with ECO products and rather small but, interestingly designed...... the view from the rear window was magnificent if you love the Tor..... but It's not very big..... I dread to think how much it cost.......

I remember the first time i had welsh spring water. Strangely sweet, from the heather.

Years ago, i stayed with friends near Inverness. The water was peaty. Very odd coloured bath water - before getting in 😕
If it ain't fun, don't do it

Ha.... Me and Psyco stayed at The Inchbay Hotel near Garve many moons back, fitting a kitchen in Ullapool...... I ran her a bath and she Freaked !!!!!! Tap water tasted sweet but had a slight Whiskey colour..... We had to drive from Yeovil and back 3 times in a couple of weeks as the Designer had cocked up all the sizes, it's a long way in an old Di Transit loaded with Units.... one trip took 16 hours.... :-o
