Fall back

Post by Ninjachica »

And now we enter the 6 month period where the clocks on our dash are an hour out, because we have no idea how to change them. And it doesn't matter anyway, as we won't be riding as much.

😄😄😄

Last time the Striple went in for some work some smartass put the clock right. Except now it's going to be wrong again because I like mine set on summertime plus 20 minutes.
Don't ask. I just like it that way :)

I used to swing into the Triumph dealers and enjoy free coffee and donuts while an apprentice was sent out to change my clock.
I miss the old days :(

What's it come to when us mature youngsters cannot even change the time on a clock

I keep the bike on summer time and my van clock is now correct .
Central heating programmer is whole different story , turn the house upside down looking for the instruction manual , pull up a chair and then randomly hit buttons which cycle through settings I've never seen before , discover we no longer have hot water available and heating comes on at 2am . :-S
It wasn't my fault , I was left unsupervised !
