New Forest Meet.....
New Forest Meet.....
I was asked earlier if i was going..... Didn't know anything about it but apparently there is talk of a meet at Ashhurst Camp Site on the 9th to 12th September so I guess it might be of interest...... so far it looks like Stephen Purves, Oldish and Bee are hoping to go... I'll be going too as I can dump RE at her sisters which is only a few miles away.... would be great to all meet up again.
Ok, I confess.......

It wasn't my fault , I was left unsupervised !

I really hope the Street Triple will make up for my last failed attempt. It's not good when your friends start taking pictures of breakdown vans, saying "Look. Here's the one that collected you last time" and it is.
It's a rather special day today. The Striple has arrived at the workshop where its electrical innards are going to be a good going over and I am going to spend all my house selling profit on funding it. It has already bitten me by somehow picking up a nail in the middle of my nearly new rear tyre, somewhere between the shed and and the lane. That has better be it's last naughtiness for a while.
I'm supposed to complete tomorrow, so I'm unable to sit still or rest or do anything constructive. Also my email had been suspended by BT while they try to sort out who hacked into it and I have no 'phone signal because today's the day someone decided to change position of a local mast, which apparently is what's caused it.
This means that tomorrow's first job is to wander about under a blistering sun to try and find a signal and wait for the call from my solicitor.
Apart from that it's all going O.K. and I can't wait to get back on with all my camping kit and get to Ashurst
