How often do you wash yours? I’ve just read a article that says you should do it every 3 rides.

Washed the innards of one in Spain, and all the sponge had broken down.
Might treat myself to a new one. I think the shoei is 4 years old now anyway.

Probably need to wash the liner more often than I do but certainly don't do it every three rides . When touring we carry a spray bottle of Febreeze for jackets and helmets , not ideal but it does hide the pong until we get home .
It wasn't my fault , I was left unsupervised !
