Managed to avoid all the Hail, Rain and other crap today on my little trip to Keynsham near Bristol..... It was an epic ride truth be known, with black clouds and Sheets of horrible stuff trying to spoil my day but... got to JH Racing dry and unscathed ..... sat outside for nearly 4 hour whilst they Raped my Z900 in a Sound deadened room mercilessly to find out what is wrong..... so after nearly a full tank of 99 rom and some serious abuse, they found nothing..... Off home I went like a Bucking Bronco Rider...... Next thing is to replace the Down Pipes with a nice Acropovic system (£600) which should or might just cure the issue !!!! Bugger me is Tech Advancement giving Issue......
Ok, I confess.......

The MT09 should be good to pick up on Friday.... £700 ish by all accounts...... also we had a bill from the Car Lease Company for £400 for damage caused by Women Drivers !!! and we got this years Corporation Tax Bill too........ Another £1500 for mods to the Grom, Road Tax for the MT09, and my friends who sell me old guns have another 42 put aside too.......... Feck Me It's a good job I'm good at saving all my change !!!!
Ok, I confess.......

I had syked myself up for a run on the bike this am as the forecast said is was going to be cold but dry. Don't mind the cold but it's pissing down so i ain't going.

This time of year with all the insurances, tax, services on stuff is mega. It's ok for people like you Nev still working and having money coming in but for a poor pensioner like me it's hard trying to find it.

That Akropovic you propose to fit will be worth more than the bike eh?

NC, son sent me a similar pic of the hail. Not had any here.......yet.

Morning Bob, yes I feel sorry for all those poor pensioners, it must be a real struggle !!!! The Acro is expensive but the original system ha two Cats (Euro 5) which they think is the problem... apparently it should give another 7 BHP and reduce the weight by 4.5 KG's so it' a good thing but..... they don't know for certain if it will cure the problem. The bike had a main dealer Diagnostic check and passed with no issues found... all I can say is it is virtually un-rideable at the moment with terrible lurching in every gear below 6000rpm.... going round bends is proper scary ! Out again today on the Grom mostly for work and back to fit the baffle to the Z to see if it makes any difference....... Booked a campsite for Sat/Sunday but the weather looks really bad.
Ok, I confess.......

I've managed a trip to the MoT station , round trip of 35 miles , since last September . Need to get a few weekend trips in but life usually gets in the way .

Need a forum meet to get me motivated .
It wasn't my fault , I was left unsupervised !
