Enjoy! I am going to sulk while painting window frames.

Still trying to get fit enough to get the bike out AND get my bike gear on. At the moment I can do one or the other. Progress is slow, but I'm winning.

My youngest used to get up very early, dress and do his paper round, change into his school uniform and get back into bed for another hours sleep before breakfast.

It has crossed my mind that it could be the way forward :)

Why not Bee.
Get up, breakfast, get bike out.
Make lunch / brunch, then have a nap. Afternoon pootle.
Come home, short nap (fully clothed), then put bike away.

Sounds like a day in Ed’s life 😆👍
If it ain't fun, don't do it
