I’ve been banned

from riding the ninja.

Set off on Sunday and it felt a bit odd. I thought the front tyre was low. Got to the main road and it seemed ok. First few bends were fine, so I left it.
Denia and back with no issues.

Due out again, and I asked Ed if he’d checked my tyres as something was amiss. (Yes, I know i should do it myself) He went down to the garage, then came back to tell me that the front wheel bearings are on the way out.

So, wheels out this morning, and off to Alzira.
New tyres
New bearings and
New paint

They’ve been plagued with the ninja disappearing paint, and have looked shit for years.

It will be like a new bike

Have to say that wheel does look a bit...sorry, lot tatty eh.
Not surprised the bearings have worn the amount of miles you do

No, the wheels won’t be back for a bit. I’m flying back to the Fazer tomorrow, so not a problem

However, for the first time in 10 years, I went on the back of Ed today, to look at the damage left by the recent rain.
