I bought the Ice cream trike for the Cricket Club to use to make some extra money and a Hog Roast Trailer too but one of the other Commitee members had decided to let his friend park an Ice cream van on site and another of his friends to provide Hog Roasts with no profit being gained for the Club !!!!....... this was shortly after I had announced that I was gifting them the Trike and Hog Roaster free of charge for any home matches and events..... The trouble with this group of members is that they are all employees of large companies and have no comprehension of how to run a business nor how to generate income. One meeting a few years ago the question was asked how to raise money for the club, I suggested a Coffee/Tea machine, a snack vending machine, a pool table for the newly built (Council funded ) Club house plus the Trike and Hog Roast....... Everyone of those suggestions were dismissed. I've lost all interest now hence selling them.

He stopped playing two years ago as other things came along.... Gym and working out is the latest passion ! He works for Screwfix at the moment and seems to be going places in their head office.... don't ask me what his job is exactly as it involves analitics.... whatever that is ! Our Daughter works for Toolstream in a national accounts management role.... both are still working from home and both are still single !

In fact he is looking for something now.
He has 6 clients he trains and advises on diet n stuff.
He is also entering his first strongman competition soon. The guy that trains my lad for the strongman is keen to go into partnership with my lad. He had a very successful Gym up to end of last year that got burnt down. Some issues with insurance that should be sorted soon.
Lets see where it goes.
My lad brought his new girlfriend to meet us a couple of weeks ago, a bloody Romanian, eldest has a Bulgarian wife, I have a South African wife, Brother has a Ukrainian wife, it'like the bloody league of nations.

Went for a forage around the fields and came back with some lovely Courgette flowers, of all things...... Stuffed with white crab meat mixed with a bit of tartare sauce, made a quick batter and fried them.. Sammy just sat there shaking her head...... Yesterday she asked where i found them.... In a dung heap in the rubbish area of the field... :D lol.
