Ugh. Would rather take passage on a freighter.

Other alternative - ride to Alaska , short hop across the Beiring Sea , bimble across Russia , through Europe , Channel Tunnel and you're here .
Easy !
It wasn't my fault , I was left unsupervised !

I'm well up for a visit to the Colony but would we have to ride Harleys ?

Re: Loomies
I'll come to America if you're all going, but it will have to be an Indian Scout for me. Everything else will be too big. I missed out on the American trip last year because John and his chum went to Florida. Probably the very last bit of America I wanted to go to. I was quite happy to stay at home. They liked it because they wanted to go to the Space Centre and said one day wasn't long enough to see it all. I would have been happier reading a good book and minding the bikes

I'll have a Bonneville please. Just a T120 will do. Nothing fancy
Re: Loomies
All I can say is I'll try to get to Loomies on the 29th, I've had a world of shite the last six weeks and a bit more to come but, if I can I'll do it as a day ride, it'll kill me but I know I can do it physically on the day --- it's the next day that'll kill me ! 223 mile there and back at 71 aint easy. I won't do an over night stop as I want to be home with Nina as much as possible hence I'm not doing Conrad's ride that does mean a night or two away.

Are you riding a horse or driving a tank to Loomies?Beemer wrote: ↑Wed Jul 04, 2018 7:03 pm All I can say is I'll try to get to Loomies on the 29th, I've had a world of shite the last six weeks and a bit more to come but, if I can I'll do it as a day ride, it'll kill me but I know I can do it physically on the day --- it's the next day that'll kill me ! 223 mile there and back at 71 aint easy. If Chris comes, you can check out his new Burgman 650 Executive with electrically retractable mirrors.
