I bet you can't wait to get it though..... We've not gone anywhere for two weekends now due to family illness and friends in trouble but next weekend should be good and the following one will be Northampton for 3 nights and then it'll be another two nights in Southampton ..... then a 3 nighter at the NEC and I'm hoping to get down to Bude for a storm........
Ok, I confess.......

First impressions are really positive... gone is the snatchy throttle and wayward Handling..... the Quick shifter up and down is hugely entertaining... no real need for a clutch whatsoever apart from pulling away........ The Ride quality is much better/smoother.... I'm not a fan of Electronics but it does have Cornering ABS and anti lift wheelie control which are probably a good thing..... all in all and after 100 miles earlier, I have no complaints so far..... I'm even thinking I might just keep it standard, It's that good !

Lol.... I don't recall ever fitting a Top Box to any of my bikes.... I normally just chuck everything in my Rucksack, unless I'm going camping. There are quite a few Yamaha Options for this model but very expensive. Was all set to go to a job in Wincanton earlier but the roads were wet, so I took the Tranny !, day off tomorrow, hopefully I'll get out again. Where are you at the moment Bob ?

We are in Grassmere in the Lake District for a few days..
Just took Shirley over the Hardknott. Loved it. It was blowing a hoolie. Had a walk around the Roman Fort again.

Went in the M5 as my brother is here from Ukraine who is using the Velar. He wanted to use the van but they wouldn't insure him.
