New Bike.......

Post by Snev »

Took the MT09 for a service earlier.... wondered around the showrooms and ended up doing a deal on a new MT09 ! Bought mine back in 2013 for £6900 and got £4000 as a trade in .... plus they didn't charge me for the Service ! 8 years of fun and abuse for £2900....... have I ever mentioned how good it is ? lol.........

The thing is, I was going to get the Z900 tuned up with all the normal bits but JHS have not got back to me after @ 5 Calls asking for prices so Bollocks to them now..... the Z will be sold and the new MT will be sent to another specialist ...... and when I get the Grom back, I'll pay the bill and not return as they are hopeless at communicating with their customers........ Getting pissed right off now, truth be known.

I can never understand poor customer service.

I took the bike there expecting it to take a week..... I've made loads of calls just to see where they were with it and everytime I'm told, " We're really Busy, your bike is being worked on, we'll call you back " They are adding bits to the bike to make it all work properly but I don't have a clue about costs.... I can't even imagine not communicating with any of our Customers..... and It's 14 weeks on Monday !

My car developed a nasty rattle this week. I thought an exhaust bracket had failed.
Took it to the local tyre place this morning. “We’ll fix it for you”
Went back a bit later. Heat plate had come loose and was rattling against the exhaust. Fixed. Free of charge.

Happy me.

It's that sort of service that makes you want to go back and spend money.....

Went to Nationwide today to transfer £5000..... was stood at the counter for 35 whole minutes as the cashier typed furiously into her computer...... it was farcical, had to stand there whilst people in the queue were muttering and sighing ........
