Memories

Post by Ninjachica »

Can’t believe this was 3 years ago.

Hugs to Emma.

Did anyone ever mention how wet it was?

Can't believe it was so long ago..... RIP John ........ I still watch our little trip up the M1..........Loomies ? Yes it was very wet but not as wet as the previous time........ I got there really early and waited for ages until others turned up, all the while soaked through and still I had to sit on the naughty step ! ....... as a point of fact, it was 10 years ago that I first started commenting on the MCN site but 8 years ago when Unit invited me to the forum section....... up till that time I was just happy to ride my bikes without getting Death Threats, Abuse, Name Calling and all the other Crap..... lol :D In all that time i've met or conversed with the greatest bunch of people ever...... I'd love to gather you all together again on one happy place truth beknown.
Ok, I confess.......

I still can't believe how many of you came on such an awful wet day!

John would have fallen on the floor, laughing at my attempt to scatter his ashes on the way home from there. It was a good plan but I hadn't taken the possibility of rain into account. What a mess I got into. :)

It would have been his birthday a few days ago. It still seems strange not to be baking a cake for him. A lot of his friends still leave birthday messages for him. And they're all still looking out for me. Really very comforting that he's not forgotten.

I still hope to see the video of our little motorway adventure one day.

Every time I see that photo , I wonder why HairyBob was so concerned with what time it was . :D :D
