Yes it's becoming a bugger.
Only wanted Germany cause it was getting closer to home and we would not have had to do the prison thing, but as we now know they wouldn't let us in.

Re: Germany
Latest,
Had PCRs yesterday as all documentation say's have to 72 hours before arrival in Germany.
Bugger me (no don't) Lufthansa say it's NOT 72hrs it's 48hrs. So off again to get the second PCRs.
It really is all bollocks.
The stories i am reading about UK testing and what they are charging is criminal, and turns out they rarely get back to you with results. It's mad..
£2,400 for hotel £200 for car hire to get home, more PCRs when we eventually get home.
And they wont even tell us which hotel we are going into.
Someone is making a lot of money out of these scams. UNECESSARILY. Bastards

Petrux was not even allowed to go to a hospital for a MRI after a Qatar GP weekend crash, so he raced in the Doha GP with a separated shoulder that was not discovered until he returned to Italy. All traveling MotoGP personnel were only allowed to leave the track in special shuttle buses that went only to the hotel, and they were not allowed to leave the hotel except to go back to the track. Can the UAE be worse than that?

Life was almost normal in Dubai. With of course masks, SD, washing, sanitising etc.
