Haha, below that cloud is Emirates Golf Course. Buildings in the background are on The Dubai Marina.
Work is for people that can't play golf.

That would/is in Port Rashid, the other end of the City to The Marina, bout 25Ks.
Been on the QE2 in that port and had Fish & Chips in the Red Lion on board, nice but expensive.
