Re: Shopping
Ooh! Lovely ride! I'm a bit envious
It won't be long before I can ride again. I can get the bike out of the shed and start it up and I can get my bike gear on, as long as I take it slowly.
If I can just do both together I'll be off again! I do miss long distance shopping trips. My timing's rubbish though. I notice the first layer of wet leaves turning the lane into an ice rink already. Not that it will stop me.

I rode 210 mile in 2½ hours (including a stop for petrol) in the dark. Not that there would have been much more to see in daylight.

Ha....... It must be very boring, all those miles of maize........... I did 220 miles this past weekend, all at legal speeds and it only took 6 hours in total.......... Just been given the go ahead to re visit the very top of Scotland next year, not sure how long it will take to get there but I reckon on about at least 24 hours in one hit. Might just have to book out two weeks !
Ok, I confess.......

Work is for people that can't play golf.

I wanted to do the nc500 this year, but Covid put paid to that.
Hopefully I’ll be able to do it next year.

Not so bad when one is riding near the ton - between the cagers and the plod one has to be on full alert.
