Motorhome

Post by bobsnicholson »

Big day today.
Picking up our Motorhome (RV).
Shirley is convinced it's a Ducati (It's a Auto Trail on a Ducato chassis.)
Sorry but photos will follow (if i can get the buggers up)

I suggest Santa Pod so you can drag race and find out which motorhome is faster.

Thanks Pigles....... It just says the image is too big all the time...... I have a new Camera which is set on a low pixel setting...... Santa Pod Race would be interesting but the Fiat isn't blisteringly fast, truth be known..... I've considered getting it chipped up to 160 but not sure it would help that much..........
Ok, I confess.......

Thanks Piglet.
Snap Snev.
Ours is a Auto Trail Imala 734 HB, twin Singles in back bedroom. 2018 with 3600 miles on. As new. AND bought it off a Dibble motor bikeist. 30 years on Police bikes now retired.
An engine that wouldn't pull a Commonwealth relation off your grand mother. 130 BHP. Will have and already contacted to have it chipped to 150/160
Will do pics tomorrow as just got back and can't be arsed.

Yes we obviously looked at new but almost all the ones we wanted were not available until next year. When this one came up privately it was just too good to let go. Sat Nav, Tow Bar, Air suspension the list is endless, and cleaner than some of the new ones we saw. BUT, weedy engine.
The Encore is a good van. They don't do a configuration we wanted.
Anyway Snev, don't forget to wave to fellow MHomers 🖐🖐🖐

Sorry all. Bikes are still in our thoughts :D
