Apparently, the picture icon above the bit where you write, is for links (eg, from Facebook).
Under the bit where you write, is an 'attachments' bit, so you can put photos in there.

I tried it, but evidently they need to be smaller than my laptop saves them, so I haven't managed it yet either!! I'm sure we will figure it out

Also, below where you write a message, there's an attachments tab, but these are only for small files (under 256kb) as the board only has a relatively small server so cannot be flooded with pictures, so posting with a URL of an image from elsewhere on the internet, like facebook would be better

you can create an account there, upload larger pictures than are currently possible here, and then share their BB code into this forum
