Nice 200 miles run today to Swallow Falls. Forgotten just how nice North Wales is. Been a long time.
Saw some sheep in a field and a bloke running after them, cannot think who it might have been

Going to submit what i have done this time to see what might appear.

I've been to Swallow Falls. many years ago, but I thought it was a fine place to watch and listen to the water. I love Wales when it's not raining. Like the pictures, Bob.
