Here in Tho Colonies, it is an unwritten law that a Gold Wing rider and pillion have matching gear.

I guess another alternative would be a sidecar outfit. At least it would give you somewhere to put your shopping and your Zimmer frame 😆
If it ain't fun, don't do it

Or tow a trailer with the trike for the frame.
Bike and side car...........never even ridden one but not such a bad suggestion.
Or buy another sports car that will get you stuck in the traffic just like a trike or combo.

Used to ride with a sidecar. Completely different to riding a trike, but if you survive the first few miles you're away :D That was a very long time ago and long before I got a licence but in those days we all knew when the village bobby was away in the next town and we were all riding on the road on anything we could beg or borrow. Nobody cared. Everybody knew and we all survived. Great fun.
Back then you could ride an outfit on L plates. I don't think you could carry passengers until you got full licence, but I may be wrong about that. By the time I got my licence a Bantam was all I could afford. A big bike with a sidecar was as out of reach as the moon on my pocket money.

Seen enough. Looked at loads of vids doing comparisons on Gold Wing/Harley Trikes and the Can Am type thing.
Can Am every time. Reliability wise marginally Honda but the Austrian Rotax is up there.

So, in conclusion if i were in the market for a 3 wheeler it would be the Can Am.
