Re: Oldest Pub
I’ve had a busy weekend. Just hoping for some dry(ish) weather next weekend so I can get out again.

Re: Oldest Pub
I've just put the lining back in my jacket.
I must get the heated vest out and make sure everything works. Last winter is the first time I've used one and I love it! Mine plugs into my Optimate lead on each bike. I have heated grips on the Triumph and Barkbuster handguards on the Kawasaki and stayed lovely and snug last winter.
My local pub dates back to 1540. It's a bit different as nothing has been altered since WW2. No food, just beer, books to read and pub games to play. I enjoy going there although I walk as half a pint of Tail Wagger is enough to make me wobbly and also the car parking is gravelly. Usually very busy as people travel huge distances to experience a visit.
Can't do a picture, of course, but google Red Lion, Snargate, if you fancy a look.

Re: Oldest Pub
About ½d for a pint, so 1s for 3 gallons (or ) and 1£ for 60 gallons of ale.
