Of all the NEW bikes i have bought over 50 years i can honestly say the experience i have had buying this
Kawasaki Z900RS has been the worst ever.

Even up to today they still haven't contacted to fix the never ever working heated grips.

So disappointed in fact i am thinking how things may go in the future that i am seriously considering getting rid.
Absolutely zero confidence in the Kawasaki organization.

Maybe they are all at Assen trying to get some more speed out of the bikes?

That’s pretty crap Bob.

Why not just go in and tell them you want your money back as it’s not fit for purpose. They might fix it then.

For any future issues, you certainly don’t have to go back to the same shop.

I still love my kwak 20 years on!
