I stopped smoking when I was 23.
I’m 25 now 🤣🤣🤣

Mr NC smoked when I met him. It was the only thing I didn’t like about him. He went on to those e-cigs a while ago, then packed up completely. Not bad after some 40 years!

I didn't realize until it was mentioned at my appointment at the local eye unit, a couple of week ago, that my age related macular degeneration could've been acelerated by ever having smoked.
So all those years of 40-50 a day certainly did me no favours.

I started smoking at 14 and carried on until 2003. I put the money I saved away for 3 years and paid cash for my last Sportster. I have been lucky with my health, so far. I had an eye test last week and I still have perfect sight but I'm very aware that something nasty might be waiting round the corner. I, too, wish I'd never started smoking.
