The computer says yes!

Post by Beelady »

Popped in, by special arrangement with the computer, who is getting really fussy about doing things I want to do and making it up as it goes along.

Hope you're all well and not too cols or wet so far this year.

Bonneville still running O.K. I'm really looking forward to more rallies and camping this year, plus a new tent to try out. Roll on springtime.

So far I've booked a Triumph Owners club trip to the Cotswolds in September, which should be reasonably civilised and includes hotels. No camping.
I also have to find my way to Lincoln for a camping weekend/festival/birthday party with many friends from road racing, TTing, hillclimbing, Malle Milers, dirtquakers and beachracers and offroaders. That will be mind blowing diversity and the oddest of oddballs, all of whom I love dearly and can't wait to be there with.
I'm hoping to try and organise a New Forest camp for a couple of nights. Either before or after school holidays.
The last one, a couple of years ago was a small but fun weekend. We even managed to lure Nev out to join us.
And I need to fit in road racing, hill climbing and all the other weird and wonderful bike based fun I usually manage to get involved in.
The ABR thing is getting so big. It sounds like an amazing event to go to.

We have another holiday coming to an end soon :'-( :'-(
It's been a good one.
Doing the car/hotel thing in Australia turned out better than we were expecting.
However, we are planning to go back in Sept (we are now in Dubai again).
Sept we will probably do the motorhome rental again as we have a few Ks to do on the top end to complete our circumnavigation of Aussy................no mean achievement. Not many Aussies have done it.
Back to the cold damp gray weather to soon.
Doubt i'll be rushing out on the bike for awhile.
Work is for people that can't play golf.
