How many is too many?
I've lost count between the shire and the sun.
I know i have 2 armoured hoodies now. Brilliant for when the sun shows itself.
However, with 40⁰+ in spain, I've just bought another mesh jacket.
I need to be banned from J&S (Doncaster)

Re: Jackets
I've got a (whisper) Harley leather air jacket i bought in 2006 when i bout the V-Rod Night Rod. Jacket cost £475 then, barely worn as it's always too bloody cold. It's bloody heavy anorl.
Have to say it does look smart on.

Work is for people that can't play golf.
Re: Jackets
In our understairs cupboard there must be about ten different jackets but I don't ware any, just a Fishing coat normally.... still got my 20 year old one piece leather suit in the shed but it's a bit mouldy.
Ok, I confess.......

Re: Jackets
When Ed bought a JCB, he got a 'free' jacket.
Hard-wearing, totally waterproof.
He said it was the best bike jacket he ever had

Re: Jackets
I bought a Triumph mesh jacket on ebay a while back. Lovely jacket, but a tad restricting. It would be a perfect fit if I weighed a few pounds less, but it was such a good price and immaculate. I had to buy it.
So while I wait until it fits, I bought a Motogirl mesh jacket. Really nice and comfortable, too. But none of my back protectors fitted it, so more expense as I bought a super duper modern one, made of the squidgy stuff. Lovely. I've worn it on almost every ride for weeks now.
And then I realised that my Heine Gericke mesh suit still fits nicely, although I usually only use the jacket.
That means I have three summer jackets and only two winter ones.
And three crash helmets, three pairs of boots, three sets of gloves.
Five tents, two down quilts and from yesterday, tidying up and clearing out my Mum's place now she's gone. I also seem to be the proud owner of two enormous, complete, 12 place china dinner services.
That should be enough for anybody.
But no. It isn't. Moto Girl have new summer gloves arriving soon. I need them! As soon as they let me know they're in stock I'll be off to the shop to have a try on. They're really colourful. And small and light. Unlike china dinner services....

Re: Jackets
I have a issue with motogirl stuff, even though I have 4 pairs of their trousers.
Tall fit are long enough in the leg, but the extra is below the knee, so all of the knee pads are in the wrong place. Other issues too.
And none of their hackets have sleeves long enough.
Blokes alpinestars seem to fit me best!
