So, helmet batteries charged, switch on coms all working fine. The flippin Sat Nav has frozen, wont switch off in fact wont do anything, just sit's there looking at me. So not been able to test the bongs.

I also couldn't get the radio to come through the helmet ear things.

Flippin tech, hate it. So no idea what to do now, maybe get a paper map out and switch the radio off eh.

Have you tried fixing the Sat Nav with a Hammer 4?

Update, unfroze the sat nav (i put it in the micro wave for 30 secs  )
After many many punching of buttons i got the sat nav to talk to me through the helmet things.
Went for test ride around the village, no bongs, took it onto the bypass thing where i knew there was 1 speed camera, 1 bong and a warning, around the round about and back, one bong, into the village a different way no bongs..............................by jove Garath i do believe you have done it. Will use it tomorrow to confirm 100%.

Thank you so much.

Now, next task, try and get the radio to come through the helmets things.

Perhaps he'd like to come round and fix my headset. I think I've drowned it. It hasn't worked since Sunday. I have put it in a box of rice to see if it will recover eventually. Sat-nav was fine though. The water didn't seem to affect it at all thank goodness. It's one of the most useful things I've ever been given.

If only my bike was as reliable. It's had to go back to the shop due to yet another electrical fault. I'm already feeling lonely without it and it's only been gone a few hours.
