I went for the 6 month option £55 and the Insurance is £103 so Yup, It costs more to tax it !!!! Weather is cold so the Council have spread another layer of Bike Rot media..... I also have two kitchens to visit so my plans are a bit skewed now..... :(
Ok, I confess.......

Oh. Bother. I came to say happy new bike day.
At least it's ready to go as soon as the weather's ready.

It's been frosty and icy here for three days in a row, although the afternoons have been great for gardening. Lots of grit about, so hoping the posh winter treatment I paid so much for will be working well.
I need to take the Striple to a breakfast meet on Sunday. I could go in the car, but the meet is at Brogdale fruit farm and I know what will happen if I do that. I'll buy a fruit tree that I can't fit into my new garden

A bit disappointed too....but it can wait.... a bit nervous actually as i've only had a few short trips this past few months and the Tuono is very tall so not too sure how it will go. Buying trees is something I've stopped doing as they grow too bloody tall and bushy.. we have a jungle here at the moment.

We lost a huge, beautiful birch tree. Rotten throgh the middle.

Only fell last month, so I've not seen the gap yet. I quite fancy a jacaranda. Might not put anything there, and just enjoy the sky.

Ed thinks he has saved the palm tree from the bugs. That is a constant battle .

Meanwhile, oil, filter purchased. New tyre ready. Might go out this afternoon

There was a eucalyptus near the house when we moved in. Apparently they keep the flies away.
I think it got chopped down on day 3.

I got the car washed yesterday.drove to stafford this morning. It needs washing again!
Saw quite a few bikes out. Hope they have hoses and rubber gloves. 😄😄😄😄

I'm just going to wait till the rain comes.. then i'll pick a dry day.... The council just chuck it everywhere yet not on our road which is one of the busiest through the town and a hill all the way.... had lots of fun watching all the cars getting stuck and some burning there clutches...
Ok, I confess.......
