Not really to do with bikes, but I'll be using the bike to get around on more once the icy weather's gone.
Having moved to a different area, and feeling a bit lost without my lovely ex-neighbours and long walks in winter, I thought I'd better get some new interests going and try to meet a few new people.
I've taken up quilting, which is a lot more challenging than I expected, but I like learning new stuff and did an on-line course, so that took up all the wet days and It's been a busy winter, so far.
And then I joined Rock Choir, which is great, but strangely disturbing thoughts are going through my head. They are all really nice people and I'm slowly getting to know them, but they are all really similar in the way they dress and despite a range of ages the majority are like me, retired, local and able to afford to be there. This should be a good thing but I have an unreasonable fear that they are the Margate version of the Borg (Star Trek fans will know) and are going to assimilate me as soon as they have gained my trust.
Should I get help?
