Check out Day of the Dead rideout 1/11/22 on Relive! https://www.relive.cc/view/vevYJJpoZyO
What a day!
Vast majority was riding tiny mountain roads. I nearly got spat off at one point. Poor 23 year old suspension, not a match to these new BMWs.
Went to the top of a mountain. I was 2nd bike. Last 2 didn't come around a very tight corner. I waited, but nope. Parked up and ran back down, just as lead bike came back.
Ed had missed a gear on a tight hairpin, dropped it on the inside, he rolled down the hill while the bike was rubber side up. It was upright when i got there, but he was really peed off. Bumps and bruises everywhere. Lost a tooth.
Finally got it started again, and made it to the top. It was hazy, so he was totally peed off!
Back fown, snd lunch at a nice cafe. Bob, the one just off the motorway by Ibi.
Ride through Bob's neck of the woods, then a coffee at Planes.
Home to have a proper look at the damage to human and bike (which is where i heard about the tumble down the hill)
Due out again on Saturday!

It was the strom.
He is aching, but nothing broken. Yet another scratch on the pannier. Surprised it hasnt worn through
Weather is currently glorious, so I'm naking the most of it.

Hope Ed is okay ,
Due to the time it took me to see this post and react he's probably made a full recovery and forgot it happened .
