Through the gorges at Ontinyent, out to Banyeres, right turn down a road I didn’t know to Onil, then through Ibi to Tibi.
Bob will know most of these. Had breakfast at a little bar where we’ve met Bob before (well, next door to it).
Left Tibi to Xixona. Stunning scenery. Difficult to admire the views when trying to negotiate the curves!
On towards Busot (Bob’s old gaff - I think I saw it, on top of a hill with a big flag...), then down to Vilajoyosa.
Never knew they knew where the coast was!
Got to La Nucia and I started to panic about fuel. If we went home over the mountains, there are no petrol stations! Quick stop, then off via Guadalest...
Far too much traffic to enjoy the mountain roads, but can’t really complain.
