Just found out i have 2 policy's running on the Z. 1 with Bennetts (that i knew about) and 1 with MCE that i knew nowt about. Now in the process of trying to cancel the one with MCE. For the life of me i do not remember even contacting MCE. I have no paper copy of the policy and i have no documentation with MCE...........what the f---k is going on. I now have to go through all the CCs to see where and which CC was used. It's all bollocks innit. AND when you phone you have to go through all that shit data talk shit and press this # for this, this # for that, then "sorry we are busy please hold the line", bollocks bollocks bollocks.

Sorry, should have been in the rant thing.

That’s a bummer

Ed had similar in Spain. Got a letter from a broker, saying his policy was going to be cancelled, because the payment hadn’t been made.
Umm, that’s because he told them it was too expensive and he didn’t want it (he went elsewhere).
Can’t believe they set it up, even though he told them he didn’t want it. Cancelling is a nightmare, so thank goodness he hadn’t given them the bank account details.

Was the second policy the one you didn't know about set up when you bought the z, we were offered a insurance through the dealership when we bought the mito, declined it as already sorted on our multicar policy, but sat in a dealers the throw all sorts at you confusing sometimes, could it have been In the hidden small print, either way good job you found out as two insurance policies on one vehicle is illegal not what you want a anpr camera to find out for you,

I honestly don't know how the 2 policy's came about. Both on the same day, both same CC. Bennetts sent all the normal docs and confirmations, MCE sent nowt. It was only a marketing mail i got from them that highlighted it.

Hate them worse than, well anything worse than.

The longest nonsense talk, T&Cs, Data protection, products, press this that the other #s.....SHIT before you eventually get to speak to a human.
What the f--- is going on. It cannot be beneficial to anyone. Bring back the 60s i say.....simples.
