I was hoping this place would open before i left Dubai. It opened recently.

Ha ha, my son's office/yard is 2 mins behind where the Mall is (Al Gose). Don't recommend you go say hello as his coffee is crap.
Further down that road on the opposite side is a supermarket called LuLu, best Punjabi samosas in Dubai, just saying like.
