Well well, did you see it, Marquez shoved Rossi off the track. IMO if Rossi had been going faster Marquez wouldn't have been there to shove him off. Wish F1 was as vicious. Go Mark.

I'd actually seen in on the Motogp pages, but hadn't watched the race itself.
Bad move. Going under him was dodgy, especially considering he'd done it earlier in the race. But then pushing him on to the grass, to make sure he fell off was taking the p!ss.
Glad he got a 30 second penalty.
It's a dangerous sport - maybe they should bring in a penalty point system like F1 - 10 points and you miss a race.

Watched the whole race last night. He is one nutter, Marquez, but he does bring a bit of fire to the sport. And remember Rossi was very similar in his earlier day's. Go on Mark make em have it.
I also watched F1 at the weekend (cause i ain't got a bike yet) although it was a good race it's very staid in comparison to MotoGP.

There was a penalty point system, but it was dropped before the start of the 2017 season, in large part due to the complaints of Signore Rossi.

I'm all for a bit of argy bargy, but knocking two off in one race is a bit over the top!
It was the fact that he kept forcing Rossi all the way to the grass that bothered me. And then he checked over his shoulder to make sure (since the previous victim stayed on). He knew he'd done wrong earlier, because he actually apologised at the time - yet he did exactly the same again.
I'm happy with the 30 second penalty.
Should be a good season - lots of new blood and old scores to settle

Marquez was out of control and out of order, Dorna were easier on him than they were on Rossi in 2015 but Dorna are Spanish. From start to finish Marquez was riding like a twat. He should have been starting in the pit lane after stalling, he held up the start and, rode the wrong way into the race traffic to regain his starting position, he hit 2 riders in his hissy fit race, he's brought MOTOGP into disrepute and so have Dorna.

Márquez was reckless, not dirty on Sunday.
If it had been up to me, Rossi would have been black flagged at Sepang 2015 (instead he got to keep his 16 points, which is 3 more than he probably would have had if he not nerfed Márquez) especially since he crashed Márquez in Argentina (with one camera angle you can see Rossi glance over his shoulder at Márquez and then quickly cut over on him). As for the penalty in Valencia, Rossi has a poor history at the track, and was never on pace for better than 4th even without having to start at the back of the grid.
What goes around comes around, it seems.
