I will be having much more fun this weekend. Club racing at Brands Hatch. Setting up our pit tomorrow, practice Friday, qualifying Saturday and racing on Sunday.
I am the team gopher with two riders to mind. I love being part of it and making sure everyone is on time for scrutineering, practice, races and all the boring stuff that nobody else wants to do. I'm not bad with the tyre warmers and paddock stands but better with the coffee and cake during the day and beer and Prosecco in the evening.
I had a go, last year at the end of the season and was surprised but pleased to be asked to help out again. Of course, if the wind doesn't drop the new gazebo might prove to be a bit difficult to manage. Could be chilly in my tent at night so I've packed my hot water bottle
I have house sitters, as usual, but the cat won't approve. I will be made to suffer when I get home again.

Sounds like a fun packed weekend.
Never been to Brands Hatch, always a "must go" but never made it.
Friday we have a 8 hour flight home. Arrive home bout mid-day. Sort the cars and bike whilst Madam sorts the women stuff.
Couple of decent cheap pints early evening, CHIPPY tea.
Shopping Saturday (i have some business to take care of)
Sunday relax and have a nice nap whilst watching F1 and dream of being back in Australia.
Monday, bored, start looking where to go on next holiday

Federico Caricasulo could use some help with the paddock stands.
