Let's hope this spring and summer is very close to last years eh.
Going to make the effort to do NC500 on the bike sometime this year. I will do it mid week when the kids are AT school. Chances there will be less traffic and more chance of the better hotel stops (wont do that silly camping malarkie)
Hardknott last year was a good un. Would i do it again.......maybe, good run up there, boring coming back.
Looking forward to a couple of months at home. Lot's and lots of good country roads around us and North wales boarder is only 17 miles.

I'm going racing again. And I plan to do several Triumph rallies and some longer rides, visiting friends and relatives. A couple of French trips with the Triumph owners club as well.
I need to try and fit some work in somewhere, too.

M.S.M. Few years ago stayed for a couple/few nights. Incredible place. You have to like steps and hills. And, have to park in the car park and bus across the "bridge" so take lot's of security items.
Smallest hotel room i have ever stayed in.
Roads going to and around are fantastic.

Make sure you leave time for a visit if you're using the tunnel, or I can meet you at stop 24, which is even closer to where you want to be.
I'm off for a day trip to France sometime in May. Because I can. I forget the date. I'm joining some other Triumph owners. They think they're going to Le Touquet for lunch. Based on the normal speed of our ride outs I think we'll be lucky to actually make it out of the other end before tea time. It'll be fun but I think I might pack myself a sneaky picnic, just in case.
