Just read a news story about the drop in temperatures across the Midwest , and the weather office in Des Moines , Iowa advised people to "limit their breathing outdoors" ???????

It was only -35°C, not really that cold.

Strange, it was also 35 in Port Lincoln on the same day, but then again it was 35c hot.
