As I'm leaving these shores tomorrow morning for a bit of sun , sand and Lion beer ; I thought I'd take the opportunity now to wish you all a merry festive period and happy new year .

Birthday today 74
after a few hours around the pool and a few shades pinker we had a lovely family gathering a a club up the road.
The Pironi was a bit good.

Don't worry about how old you are now. I recommend you do what my Mother did. Her Birthdays have been going backwards for some years now. We believe she's actually 94, but she believes she's quite a few years younger and it works fine for her

Hope you've all had a lovely Christmas.
Ed's son joined us, which would have been lovely, but he was poorly. Man flu. We never went anywhere. He ended up going back early. Hopefully he recovers quickly.
I've just finished putting the leftovers either in a curry, the freezer, or the bin
