Bikers' Banter

I had a couple of hours to waste yesterday, so I went to get food and drink and read a book at Stop 24.

I felt quite homesick, remembering our breakfast meetings there. Let me know if you're both travelling this way again. It's not a bad ride from where I live now

Nothing planned for abroad this year . I have been instructed by the Long Haired General that we going to the Isle of Wight to visit her friends at the end of June . Could always make a detour on the way home for a meet . (hopefully we'll be allowed to travel by bike) .

I'm living in sunny Margate now. Whoever called it sunny is wrong!

But I have my bike back on the road, so i can travel to a meet now

What about a Loomies reunion ?
I'm returning from the Isle of Wight on Sunday 2nd July so open to suggestions . Smallest forum meet ever as Bob will probably be in some exotic climes .

My daughter now lives in Farnborough, so pretty handy for Loomies

Let me know if you decide on a date.

From a selfish point of view , I'll be close to Loomies on Sunday 2nd July and not going to work on the Monday so can take a leisurely ride home.
I'm happy to fit in with everyone else with dates and venue . Always willing to have a weekend away on the bike. (As long as it's not raining )

I'll see if it clashes with any racing or rallies and let you know. It would be good to catch up again

I should be doing a lunch stop there on May the 8th and then again on the 12th.

Sunday 2nd could wofk for me.
