last couple of days, we've noticed that distinctive smell of something dead..... spent the last few hours searching our hedgerow but still can't find anything.... up to a couple of weeks back, we had a Badger visit every night, we could hear it and see it but then one night there was a horrible sound of a distressed animal....I was up at 3am with the torch but just couldn't find it.... then it stopped so I'm guessing it was the Badger, quite possibly hit by a car but bugger me does it smell now....... reckon i'll be spending a fair part of tomorrow hacking at the hedges......... Not exactly the nicest thing to be doing
in this heat !!!!

Not yet Bob........ will be poking around in the morning though....... It's way too hot at the moment.......... thing is though, our MH is parked next to the Hedge and I spend much of my time in here as it's a safer environment than being inside !!!! way less nagging and grief !!!!!! plus the snoring and farting is way less detectable too....

saying nowt just speeks volumes though.......my own particular bundle of loveliness has an excess of spare wind and snoreingness............... plus a right hand hook that proper hurts when poked gently in the night............
