What a fabulous day.
Took lots of very odd back roads, so missed most of the traffic, apart from Ambleside, which was horrendous.

Told Ed i dropped the bike. Bless him, "were you turning around?"
I think he assumed my foot slipped on gravel, not that i had a stupid tw@t moment!

I thought you might be feeling it today. I'm not surprised but hopefullly the aches will ease off soon.
