Bikers' Banter

So, loaded up, filled with petrol and all levels checked.
Destination of our first overnight stop, Nancy, i think about 650 miles in the day with a choo choo train breaking the trip in about half.
Looking forward to being on the road again, especially the other side of the tunnel.

Strange, seen 100s and 100s of bikes touring still. i would say at least 85% of the bikes are GSs, how come????
A GS is a effing adventure bike init??? I saw only 1 RT...... the T gives it a clue, what is it with this GS lark.

Happy you had a dirty weekend Nev. Need to see a pic of the new van??? Do it yourself vid's you have no chance uploading onto here. I hear tell if you put it on FB or You Tube first then to here it should work. Wouldn't know but give it a try.

I Bet the Weather Is better there...….. I daren't even plan a trip anymore.... It always Rains, Infact I seem to have my own Heavy Cloud following me. The night in the back of Huey was one of the Scariest I've ever had and i'm really not Joking.... Couldn't Stand up and No Way could I have opened the Side door.... All night It was Mental. I'll try to post a pic of Huey.... (It's a sickly Green Colour )……...

Currently in Lisbon , Portugal and starting the long ride home tomorrow. I’ve heard the weather has been a bit showery in the UK so I’ll just let you all know it’s been thirty degrees here all week.

Thanks Tom, I can always rely on you !!!!!! That's "Huey", as in I call Him that after the Sickly Colour.... "Huey Green" ….. Huey is not as quick or Flickable as "The Big Black Bastard" despite an extra 15 BHP...… but It sure is more economical and It has the all Important Side Loading door Window..... So I can see out whilst Camping. I think I'll be spending a lot more time Inside Huey this Winter.
