Even I've been out already
Now back home, watching and listening to Skylarks and wishing I could stay here forever.
I'm told that in Thanet (where I'm going) the only place they have wildlife is in the pub
Never mind. I shall just see what I can lure into my new garden. I've already collected lots of things to make into bug hotels, painted up all my bird boxes and hidden them away, so birds don't move in this year and I'll make up a few bee boxes for anyone who wants a home.
With any luck the 'phone will ring soon and I'll find out where todays lunch meeting is going to be. Lots of bikes out already

Skylarks.. That takes me back to my Unemployed days ..... used to take my German Shepherd to Braunton Burrows just walking listening to the Skylarks.. I'd often just lay down and relax listening to their song.... life was so un cluttered back then.
