Cornwall and my little heaven of peace...... Duckpool Bay for a bit of fishing and foraging on Sat and Sun, then back to visit my Mum on Monday as it's the first anniversary of my Dads death from Covid complications....... When some mourn.... others partied ......................or so it's become apparent now.........

I thought of you when I saw the party stuff on the news. I shan't make any comment on politics. We all know what we think of such apalling behaviour.

Duckpool Bay! I went there once when I was about 14. It was really nice and wild compared to all the pretty beaches in other places. I was the only one who wanted to stay longer on that outing. The rest wanted their ice creams and other holiday stuff but I would have loved an hour or two on my own there.
Take some pictures if you can. I'd love to see how it looks again.

Politics is best avoided.... that and football, religeon and Harleys............. ..... I'm just tidying away all the loose stuff in Puk, then it'll be the fresh and dirty water tanks followed by a re stocking of the fridge...... got a job to look at at 11am so won't be leaving till this afternoon but hopefully I'll be getting there in daylight... got lots of pics but none small enough for here so I'll post one on FB for you Emma..............

Weatherman here this am said something i thought funny.
"Today we can expect a high of 30c and a rather chilly 17c tonight". 17c chilly, yeh right.

It was all still shut when I got there........ 30 degrees sounds good though..... we are @12 degrees but really dull and damp.... typical english weather I guess........

Grey and miserable here today.

I was going to go to Benasau, but could only see 200 yards out of the gate. Didn't fancy a tide over the mountains in that.

Tomorrow should be good, but I've got some new software at work to sort out. Off Wednesday, and most of next week
