Thinking the Wing is one of the best cruisers for range. Apart from all it's other attributes one can stay on it as long as your back and or bum allows.
I just di 92 miles there and 94 back (Coventry) and still have 96 in the tank. Thats not bad is it. AND it was so easy to do.

To be honest though Bob..... you own one of the best, if not the best tourer's ever built..... and I'd be absolutely made up to have one........ my first ride on one was 1986 and it was just such a great thing................ it was an aspencade from 1984 but it was such a smooth ride... the latest bikes are all being strangled so I'd be inclined to just keep yours and enjoy it...........

Don't understand this strangled bit. What i do know is put this Wing in Sport mode and believe me it can get off the line and propper shift along. It defies logic what it can do on the bendy bits anorl. Of course not elbows down quite but enough to make one giggle.
If you ever get the chance to have a go on one do so. Of course not with a view to buy, it's not your type of bike, you are still in your pubesent? years :D :D :D
I love it.

"Strangled" as in not being able to breathe properly due to Emissions equipment.... Bikes have multiple Cats now and they run too lean due to having to achieve the Euro 5 standards, every bike I test or buy has the same Snatchy throttle response which is hard to smooth out and that's why I get them re-mapped. My new MT09 is far better than the old one and better than the Z900 but I have a tremor in my Right Arm which does complicate things , especially around town and cornering.... imagine having severe DT's and trying to paint a pin stripe ! Lot's of people are saying this on different bike sites and all over the World so It's not just me........ I've often thought about a Wing but it's just the size of it that puts me off.

So a new bike is not recogmended to a person with Parknsons then

Thing is, if you know like you obviously do it can make a difference. My Z900RS was as you say but i didn't know why, that's why it went within a year and 1000 miles.
With the Wing i have not experianced this jerkiness.
Remember i am not a biker, i am a bloke that knows nowt about them but loves riding them.

This Euro shit has a lot to answer to.
