Decided last night at sundowners we will have another go at getting home next Thursday.
Of course we will have to do that bastard 11 day Prison Hotel Quarantine, that's one thing i did not want to have to do.
Thing is we are safer and cleaner than most of the knobs on the beaches and the parks. Bonkers.
We WOULD isolate at home if they would let us. It's all bollaticks and ££££££££££

I know UAE is still on the red list, but I thought you had gone to Germany (which isn’t on the list)

We got as far as Dubai airport to check in..............they wouldn't let us. Non EU citizens, non essential travel, non this non that but lots of bollocks.
So we came back home. 1000 Euros lost for our digs in Kroutland.
Going to have another go next Friday but coming to UK to do the prison isolation.............i really really didn't want to do this but no option if we want to get back. It's all a effing mess.

Pretend to be a refugee from Africa or Asia and you should be let right into the UK with no quarantine.

Frustrating spending hours and hours in the immigration lines. 90% of all sorts of nationalities of all colours going through normal channels (albet very slowly) and us going through the Red List channel.
