Didn’t get there yesterday!
Had breakfast at Benasau. It was shut last time went. How very dare they have a holiday!
I spent my time admiring the scenery

Went over the mountains then round the mountains to head towards Jijona (Xixona). Used the old road, before they built the tunnels and A-7. Very pretty. Must do that more often.
As always, lovely views from the crappy café.

Stopped at the top on the way home.
Who knew there was a new car park, and viewing spot, with benches and flower beds.
Thank you Shirley
Stayed there longer than planned, chatting to a Jewish Iranian doctor from Alcoy.

I love seeing you both out together, making happy memories. I miss being able to do that with John. I have lots of friends to ride with though and lots of great memories, so I'm very glad I never put housework or anything less important first.
It's good to be able to look back and know we never missed a chance to have fun

We make the most of it Bee, because we have so little time together.
He’s not as well as he was, so the trips are frequent, but short.
