Yesterday we got our refund back from Imagine Cruising after the cancellation of our South American and Canada holiday was cancelled. Only took 6 months. So much for "Your refunds will be paid back within 14 day's of cancellation" the "Experts" said WILL happen, bollocks. Good job it was only £15,500 and we didn't need it as we have our pensions

Glad you’ve got it back.
I still haven’t had any back from Ryanair- though I have used one of the vouchers I didn’t want!
I wonder how much interest these companies have made...

From what i have read Tui have been the best for getting your money back the quickest.
Have you given Ryan notification that you don't want vouchers you want cash refund????????? i was told you have to tell them in writing else they think you have accepted the vouchers????? Then again Ryan are a world unto them self's. Used them once about 20 years ago to go to Dublin, vowed then never again and never have since.

Glad you got It back......... very worrying times for the Holiday Industry..... Seven huge Cruise Ships still anchord in Waymouth Bay..... don't think they'll be going anywhere soon, especially not with a packed Ship......... Impressive to see though.

Yes, I asked for a refund. They sent a voucher automatically. If you haven’t used it after 12 months, you get the money!
No odds to me, thankfully, as it’s about £400 in total. I will get it back eventually, either in flights or refunds.
The biggest problem with Ryanair is the passengers
. Disgusting pigs. Empty cans and spilled chocolate everywhere a couple of rows in front of me on Friday. They should have to clean up themselves.

I had booked a holiday with TUI before the pandemic started , one phone call from them to say it was cancelled and would I like a credit note or full refund . I opted for the full cash refund and 3 days later it was back on on my credit card .
No hassle and great customer service from TUI who I'll obviously book with again.

I have read that in several pieces. TUi appear to be on the button with refunds.
Ours was with Imagine Cruising. Doubt we will use them again due to the time it took to get ours back.

Made me laugh 3 weeks after the cancellations, or FCOs notification not to travel they were on the telly. Wingeing, it's been 3 weeks now and i havn't had my £400 or £1,100 pounds back. I can't manage, i can't pay the rent blah blah blah..............but they could and did spend it on a flipping holiday. Ours was £15,500....good job we are pensioners.

Yup, they are out there.......... I've binned off two customers this last couple of days due to similar comments about not having any money .... apart from 200 acres and a gurt big Farmhouse with no feckin mortgage.... blah blah blah.....
