Foreign Aid : Taking money from the poor of a rich country and giving it to the rich of a poor country.
How true is that. To clear our debt just stop F.A for a few years, easy.

I like the Welsh. They're smart. All through history people have tried to tell them what to do and unlike every other country who rises up and has a battle or two, the Welsh say no problem. Yes, of course they'll do as they're told.
Then they just keep on doing exactly the same as before and nobody notices because they didn't make fuss.
Clever, those Welsh people.
